How can an album with Trapped, Keep Your Head Up, Violent, and I Get Around not be a great album?

Pac debut wasn't wack, just mediocre.

Pac wasn't top 10 mc though

yeah it was overrated once he got shot..n later died..

pac buzz around this album was nowhere near dj quik...cmw/mc eiht...hell even spice level

pac was cool around tha time..but i know 4 a fact when people mention the bay..

1st 2 people i think of is too short n spice

Death Row wasn't the best thing to happen to him cause Me Against The World was before Jail and Deathrow.

I think the difference between his albums was that he got more introspective and he got more personal with each album.

2pacalypse Now = Black Panther Rap, Slightly Preachy
Strictly 4 My nikkaz = Street Rap (Not too many personal experiences)
Me Against The World = Street Rap (personal Experience), Introspective Thoughts
AEOM = Street Rap (More Real Life Personal than previous album), Very Introspective
ect...

With the media coverage and him being more personal/introspective people were more drawn to him.

Real life tends to give us those classics.....I can't call it wack becuz it got too many songs I like on it....but its far from classic but from that point on Pac couldn't miss...but its the only pac album I can't bear to play straight thru...the beats just way to dated and just pales in comparison to S4MN.

cats hating on 2pacalypse now.....? hotdizzle.... anyhow, i'm far from calling it classic but it is by no means wack either... everything in cyberverse has to be classic or trash to these short attention span ass motherfukkers....
Nobody isn't hating on 2pacalypse. The are some people in here that have their own individual opinion of this album. And they think the album is either mediocre or wack. It's only opinion homie.

Tupac the only GOAT contender to get better with each album.
A 5 year career, if Andre 3 stacks died in 99 he would be the same.

There is also a lot people that would say that MATW > 7 Day Theory or even MATW > AEOM or 7 Day Theory > MATW. Imo he was on the same level on all 3 albums, but production and relating to lyrics and shyt like that decides the personal preference.

2pacalypse Now = :mindblown::why::deadrose::comeon::rudy:

Me Against The World, AEOM = :win::krs::myman::wow::gladbron:

nikka hadnt found his swag yet on this album he basically Ice Cube son and a weak version at that.. Death Row was the best/worst thing that happened to that man

edit: stans handing out 1 stars I see but so far everybody basically agree with me

Have you lost your f*ckin mind? 2PacNow was damn near a classic!!

it has a fair share of classic pac tracks, but the album as a whole didnt date that well as with most 1991 albums

classic? maybe to certain pac stans but no

its a solid album and certainly not a wack azz debut
