Joe is a good rapper but man, for four albums in a row he worked with some C and D-tier producers. Like I can understand you don't want to pay Primo and/or The Alchemist for 15 beats but at least have someone established mixed in with the unknowns. Also those producers haven't done shyt since working with Joe :russ:
I liked this Escape Route and MM mixtapes a lot better than his studio albums. It's obvious dude has talent and I agree with you on the album run he had with some weaker producers.

Big Boi
Busta - he should be a legit GOAT contender
Rock
E-40. His unorthodox flow sometimes hides his elite lyricism
Prodigal Sunn
The speed and cadence of his flow plus women and male rap fans sexual attraction to 3 Stacks be having people miss out on HOF bars
Big is easily one of the South's best emcees.

Mac…easily the best out of the No Limit camp

Fiend, Mia X and Mystikal right there too

Serv On never got the props but he was really good. Lord Infamous, Field Mob, Gipp, Khujo are others. Prince Po and Malik B too, basically guys that were outshined by that one member of the group/duo(The Big Boi award). MJG, Phfife, Talib Kweli, etc.
