Curt Henning and Scott Hall come to mind immediately since they should have been World Heavyweight Champs at some point.

Hogan cockblocked Curt when he was in the WWF .. Vince then gave him the intercontinental.... Then Vince pushed texas tornado and ultimate warrior and Curt hurt his back..

damn I miss Mr. Perfect ... RIP

Hogan also cockblocked Dibiase.. thats why he made his own belt.. LOL..

Hogan owned the late 80s, early 90s.. its unfair to say anybody in WWF at that time underachieved because he was cockblocking left and right .... ask Randy

Raven. I thought he could have been a main eventer if he went to WWF instead of WCW in 97.

RVD. He could have been "the guy" during that 2001-2004 era.
