Did they get top billing and drop the ball?

Or simply just not get booked strong?

Some of the names listed just seem like they got shyt booking.

Curt wasn't gettin' that title during that time you're talkin' about tho'. Wasn't a chance in hell Vince was gonna mess up having that Hogan/Warrior match headline Mania. But when it comes to 1990-91, Perfect was on a hell of a run with that IC title tho'... his injury was kinda what undid his career in WWF. He never fully recovered from it, and at one point preferred getting his Lloyd's of London money more than wrestling. He just never made a longterm comeback after droppin' the title to Bret at Slam '91.

Remember Hogan held the title for like 3-4 years .. I remember watching some documentary and Vince did want Hogan to drop the strap... He would've won it back but Hogan didnt want it drop it period... All that ended up happening was Curt got a few wins at some house shows.. but back then if you didnt see it on TV it didnt happen

big show is prolly one of vinces bigger fukkups. when he signed him he said off the bat that wcw didn't know how to book a giant and that he'd show them how to do it. yall know how that turned out.
mvp should've at least gotten the whc when that was still 1b in the wwe

christian had the career he was supposed to have and despite his talents i always got the feeling that smarks only really dikkrode him that hard because he didn't get pushed as hard as edge. also the killswitch/unprettier/impaler was always too unrealistic as a finisher. and him losing to orton two days after getting the whc was funny as hell.
