after some consideration i do not believe mr. perfect was good enough to be the champ, at least not in the era he came up in. he could not measure up to the likes of hogan, warrior and savage... and even when they were gone he was pretty insufferable during that lil face run they gave him. upper card heel / IC champ was the perfect spot for him imo.

as a heel he was a good promo, not a GREAT promo. but as a face he was a BAD promo.
