so do squats and deadlifts only work your legs and ass? or do they work your core, too? is there no back involved in these compounds? i always thought they activated the poster chain but i could be completely wrong.

help a novice out, i'm trying to see the light but your post is slightly confusing breh.
yes the poster chain is involved and you should do these exercises hard if you are new to the game. But if you are not planning to juice later it will lead to a disproportionate body if you dont drop them in time.

There are too many :duck: on the internet with 6-8% bodyfat showing off their godly legs. But the thing is it is impossibly to reach this bodyfat percentage completely natural.

When you deadlift or squat 350lbs naturally you feel like shyt for a 3-4 days. Or a week. All resources of you body are concentrated on recovering these 50% of meat downside. Forget about V shaped body with this shyt.

I am speaking from my experience and from experience of people who never juiced. Drop this shyt after you will squat and deadlift like 260 pounds for 6 reps. I didnt do it and had to work hard to get proportions back. And I see pears walking every day in the gym still doing this shyt because "it is real shyt". Nobody can tell they go to gym with their clothes on. All they have is a huge ass.

And to some nikkas who posting smilies here - just cause you dropped some fukkin fat doesn't mean you can be now all witty and shyt. :lolbron:

Can any of you bring something into this or you are still trying to drop that fat off? Are there any brehs who squat and deadlift for like 5 years naturally here?

I am not really that serious about it. I eat some shytty food from time to time. I was skinny as hell when I started so my body type forgives it.

I've never juiced in my life, I put that on my loved ones. Compound exercises = magical gift = my overall mass. 2 + 2 = 4 = 4. :shaq:
