yes the poster chain is involved and you should do these exercises hard if you are new to the game. But if you are not planning to juice later it will lead to a disproportionate body if you dont drop them in time.so do squats and deadlifts only work your legs and ass? or do they work your core, too? is there no back involved in these compounds? i always thought they activated the poster chain but i could be completely wrong.

There are too many

When you deadlift or squat 350lbs naturally you feel like shyt for a 3-4 days. Or a week. All resources of you body are concentrated on recovering these 50% of meat downside. Forget about V shaped body with this shyt.
I am speaking from my experience and from experience of people who never juiced. Drop this shyt after you will squat and deadlift like 260 pounds for 6 reps. I didnt do it and had to work hard to get proportions back. And I see pears walking every day in the gym still doing this shyt because "it is real shyt". Nobody can tell they go to gym with their clothes on. All they have is a huge ass.
And to some nikkas who posting smilies here - just cause you dropped some fukkin fat doesn't mean you can be now all witty and shyt.
