When you deadlift or squat 350lbs naturally you feel like shyt for a 3-4 days. Or a week. All resources of you body are concentrated on recovering these 50% of meat downside. Forget about V shaped body with this shyt.
I am speaking from my experience and from experience of people who never juiced. Drop this shyt after you will squat and deadlift like 260 pounds for 6 reps. I didnt do it and had to work hard to get proportions back.
bullshyt I squat 350lbs for 10 reps without any problems and my legs are skinny as fukk. also I dont feel like shyt afterwards actually I feel great
