All these swole mugs in the NBA and y'all complaining?
Man....

ALL of these NBA dudes are racked with severe NBA pain for the rest of their lives. And that's IF they were doing proper conditioning and shyt.

Playing ball a lot destroys your knees man. It really fukking does and there's no way around it 100%. That shyt catches everyone sooner or later too. So squats... shyt you gotta really, really be on it. That shyt is pain - but you gotta maintain a level of leg strength or you're really gonna be in a world of hurt the older you get.

This is true, I'm only 5'11 but man it feels like a long travel to go all the way down. I just recently had to start over so I could focus on going all the way instead of just 90.
That's my problem with squats. I always have to start over for one reason or another

I don't know, lemme ask @At30wecashout

I think he could have left out the second "Hard?" but I see he was asking about additional weight.

:ehh:Could he have asked in a better way (especially without the smiley)? Yup.
Did he ask about weight? Yup.

so.....:dahell:Was it with additional weight? 50 straight or sets?

You were asking a rhetorical questions with an implied answer. You ain't slick but since we on the subject yes I use additional weights.

I don't use an olympic bar but I have 35 kg in each side to do 15-20 reps about three times. I use the Olympic bar to do about rep 30 for a cool downs.

Same weight for my leg presses with the same reps.

Man look, I still hit the gym 2-3 days a week, but I've jut come to accept that I'm gonna be a tall slim nikka for life. People said, oh just wait until you turn 30, your metabolism will slow down:rudy: I'm 32 now and still the same build. I've tried to do the protein shake thing, the bulking thing, all that shyt. I don't know if me being 6'5 has something to do with it, or maybe a nikka is just weak:ehh: I really don't give a fukk anymore. I never had a problem pulling bytches, it's just been something that i was personally insecure about. But I'm not about stress over trying to get swole no more, some shyt just ain't meant to be

Nah you just have terrible mobility. I train with a 6'8 former pro basketball player and he has no problems squatting.

You should think about adding mobility training to your workouts at the end
compare regular people with a person whose livelihood depended on him squatting breh

Is mobility the thing that makes you feel light healthy and limber.

Days when I ran track I felt the best because I was so quick and movement was so easy

Now I feel like these fat boys reaching for a donut :mjcry:
