Man look, I still hit the gym 2-3 days a week, but I've jut come to accept that I'm gonna be a tall slim nikka for life. People said, oh just wait until you turn 30, your metabolism will slow down:rudy: I'm 32 now and still the same build. I've tried to do the protein shake thing, the bulking thing, all that shyt. I don't know if me being 6'5 has something to do with it, or maybe a nikka is just weak:ehh: I really don't give a fukk anymore. I never had a problem pulling bytches, it's just been something that i was personally insecure about. But I'm not about stress over trying to get swole no more, some shyt just ain't meant to be
It's your eating habits. But fukk it I'm in your boat. Not 6'5. More like 6'1. fukk trying to get to 225 solid muscle and shyt.

The 215
The internet is elitist about leg exercises. shyt honestly doesn't matter unless you plan on competing as a powerlifter.
You feel for the bytch you quoted excuse making I see. Nobody cared that dude didn't do squats he just got clowned for making lame excuses about them then talking about somebody care if he do them or not. Smfh.

C/S to the fullest, same with push-ups

I'm tired of you midget nikkas bragging about doing 100 push-ups when you're traveling half the distance :martin:

Whats it matter? Most people only so half pushups anyway. I'm 5'9 and I bet my ROM is further than 90% of people

It sucks breh. Doesn't hurt me tbh, but it is very uncomfortable unless you are flexible.

I also hate when your shirt arm bro benches about the same weight as you and doesn't realize your range of motion is like 1.5 times more because of how long your arms are
6'6 with a 7'0 wingspan :damn:

Dudes just have terrible form. Im 6'3 abd i used to suffer from terrible form, thats why i dropped all my weight down to 225 and worked on my form and flexibility for a long time and then worked my way back up to the 300s for working sets. In the past i would do like 505 but with terrible form and not enought depth, that aint going to do nothing but kill you one day.

Long story short, quit trying to keep up with others and lower the weight and get your form in check, even if it takes a few months.

Agreed

Cats have to be willing to humble themselves and do shyt right instead of chasing numbers/plates. The numbers will come, this is a long haul not a sprint

Seeing people hit proper depth is :krs: status at most commercial gyms I've been to lately. And that's kinda sad really. I've seen considerably more women hit depth or better on squats than men. Ego and pride are Wack in the gym

yup when my form was piss poor I was doing 505 thinking I`m doing it and newbie lifters giving me props, but I would notice my knees were always sore and I tweaked my back twice. So I was like screw that and dropped down to 225 for a few weeks to work on depth and flexibility. I got back into the 300s with good depth in a matter of weeks. At this point though I dont care about high weight PRs I just want to focus on form and good workouts because I noticed I felt my legs worked all over once I fixed my form, while when it was bad squats were very taxing on my knees and lower back.

same fukking thing for me! i'm 6'4 and can't gain a pound! but i've been on creatine these last two weeks and feel the added weight of the water in your muscles so I would try that
