Squeegee boys in Baltimore lay down violent cac

No squeegee boys in any of the cities I've lived in.
But I'm seeing two narratives here.
Some of you are saying that they are not only nuisances but they're overly aggressive and attacking people.
Some of you are saying that if you don't harass them, they wont harass you.
Which one is it?
Also, I know for a fukking fact that cacs love to mouth off at people on the streets.
They're good for that "get a fukking job" bullshyt.
Even being robbed gunpoint, they talk shyt.
Long time ago, a woman got fukked up bad near downtown Chicago with her boyfriend because she yapped off to some homeless couple.

Cacs are on the same intersections begging for meth money but people will call the cops on brothers trying to earn honesty.

Kids that try to wash your windows with a squeegee for a dollar or loose change. You'll see them posted up at Red lights/intersections.

If you don't want them to wash your windows, you just shake your head no and they won't. Simple as that really.

The don't try black people nearly as much as go at white people. Most of the time I just wave them off. Yesterday l waved then off and one asked if I can look out for him anyway. I gave him a couple dollars.

You can’t replace a “job” with a method that provides cash daily. Cash everyday means you meet needs daily, a job means working at least two weeks before seeing a dime.

My suggestion was to put them on a path to bidding on government contracts. A lot of dirty windows in the city and a contract can yield to more solid financial options.

Let’s be real real they make more money doing this than getting a real job. The reality is they are getting Money because of fear of sympathy they not providing any useful service
