just look at the video of the interaction with the officer that's trying to tell the kid to stop harassing drivers.
This is less about pointing fingers, the officer was trying to give the kid advice that would help him keep and everyone else keep their jobs. There's going to reach a point where the city is going to clamp down because these kids are acting out of desperation and the city damn sure isn't working overtime to provide these kids with better alternatives. It's a fukked up situation all the way around.
Nah, some squeegee boys have been known to bully folks in Baltimore... especially cacs and white women in particular. Barry had made a point of insisting that any firm wishing to do business with the city have minority partners, and shepherding legislation requiring 35% of all contracts to go to minority-owned firms.
That's part of the reason why there is so much black wealth in DMV area in comparison to Baltimore. Baltimore government could make similar moves, but they are so corrupt and greedy they give those contracts to their millionaire buddies and pocket the kickbacks.
