Start a franchise: RG3 OR Cam

People who are saying, "do you see what they did with Cam last year" are no better than the racists who were like "RG3 is the next Cam."


Cam and RG3 are nothing alike as players. Cam can pass the ball, but RG3 has a better arm. His has a very accurate deep ball, a very quick release, and he doesnt make stupid decisions. The int he threw yesterday was the first bad pass he has made all year, and even then that was more on Logan Pauson for stopping his route.

RG3 throws the ball into spots, not into the players and is accurate. And his release is only better'd by Aaron Rodgers. The ball comes out of RG3's hands fast. He is a completing 70% of his passes this year. Last year, Cam only completed 60%, and if you just want to look at his first 7 games, Cam was only a 61% passer those first 7 games.

and even tho Cam is a more powerful runner, RG3 is faster!

I dont say any of this to shyt on Cam, but RG3 is the better talent.

i havent seen III stacks or cam play much this season just to put that out there though

but griff has more fumbles than cam did at this point comparing last season so im not so sure if it would be safe to say he is more prone to turnovers since i think their int numbers were equal around this time also but thats why im really not tryin to say any of that at all

its not even been RGIII's first full season we should wait until we see the WHOLE season before we start claiming he is clear cut the better decision maker and messy shyt like that

Yup. The numbers argument can be made and RG3 would probably win that too.

But beyond that I'm talking about responsibility and just being a threat. They're giving him the rock on 3 and 6, 4 and 2 whatever and just saying "make something happen"...and he's killing defenses. And the biggest difference between him and Cam is that until he faced the defending champs, he wasn't making any mistakes. And even then he had them in position to win the game. Thats what being a playmaker is, thats bigger than youtube highlights...

How many games have you watched? If you watch cam play then you would see that cam has put that team in position to win. Sure he has made some mistakes but watching that team play and to see the plays they call is hard 2 watch. The line, the defense and running game is an embarassment, cam is just the scapegoat.

Cams season last year was kind of overrated..dude threw for 400 yards early on in games that were blowouts where he padded stats in yards against conservative defenses trading yards for time

I have seen several Panthers games and Cam is still a very special QB. He has struggled a little but smh @ the media tryna turn him into Ryan Leaf status. I bet a lot of cats haven't seen one game but just look at the record and listen to the media to form a conclusion.

The Steelers defense of Big Ben 2nd year is superior to Cam's.

Neither player has good talent around them. Both are QB'ing teams with the least talent in their divisions. I would like to see both operate behind a solid OL, with a solid RB, and at least 1 very good WR below 30yo.

I'd build with Cam right now. I like Cam's size and durability better. Once a player starts getting bumped around, it seems to linger.
