Sure bro. @Swirv actually put me on to it. Search for "super saiyan challenge day x" (replace x with whatever number day want. It's a 30 day youtube program by this cat named Broly and every single time I need to hurry and get into shape, I do this and it gets me right every single time.

Broly is a freak of nature, that dude will push out 200 pushups in one set like it ain't nothing but the last time I did this program, I got up to doing somewhere around 60 or 70 pushups in a single set, and I was doing 150 squats in a single set.

Something about just trying to do it along with him gets you so amped that you start seeing incredible strength gains that you never would have seen.

At least thats how it was with me. I used to think I was doing something if I did 100 pushups a day. This brotha Broly was doing 1000. Made me say okay, I gotta step it up. I got to somewhere around 400 pushups a day consistently back when I was doing it. I plan to hit 1000 this time.
Couple more questions before I get off... How many calories and protein do u consume per day? And isn't 7 days too much how does your body recover? ...p.s.Im 6'3 218 right now

I look at it like this. If I was throwing iron around, I would take days off. But im not. I'm literally just lifting my own body. Theoretically I could be in regular life situations where I have to lift my own body every day, so surely there's nothing wrong with that.

With that being said, keep in mind that I've done this before. And it didn't hurt me. It helped me.

As far as the protein and calories, I just mostly cut out the snacks and bad foods and get busy. Im not a calorie counter, never have been. If I start getting that deep in the weeds, it would probably keep me from doing anything.

But I find I get good results when I mostly cut out desserts and snacks and candy. I cheat sometimes but I stay on this diet more than I'm off of it.

If you're already working out regularly, then please disregard everything I'm about to say.

But for those of you who are not, start working out, please. If you are not working out, you are putting your health, your life at risk. Shoot, you're even making your mental health bad.

As men, we need to keep our bodies in shape, keep active, and stay fit. You never know when it might be time for you to run, to fight, or whatever you need to do to protect both you and your family. Not only that, think about how your body doesn't bend, doesn't move the way you want it to or need it to, plus the fact that you have no endurance.

Listen to me when I tell you this: Your body needs to be healthy. Being fit isn't a want. It's a necessity. It's not even an option.

And I'm not coming at you from a place of judgment. I'm the person who always works out, gets in shape somewhat, and then I fall off. And man, my body be feeling terrible if I'm being honest. Getting winded walking up a hill.

Man, I was in a situation last month, a life threatening situation, and I had to run. I was able to move but not the way I should have been. Luckily, everything wound up turning out okay for me and my loved ones. But it could have easily turned out differently.

When I work out, I feel so much better. My body feels better, and when I eat, it feels like the food is actually strengthening my body instead of making my body lazy. When I squat down or get on my knees for something, I don't feel as "heavy". I just all around feel better.

And my mental health is also starting to improve bit by bit.

Not to mention the looks the ladies give you when you're in shape. And I saved that one for last on purpose, because you shouldn't be trying to get in shape for women. It should be for you. But it's an added benefit in a plethora of blessings that your body gets when you get in shape.
What he's trying to say is keep yourself in good physical condition in case you're as annoying as he is and find yourself being chased to a early grave.

Maybe it's a sign from God for you to change your attitude. He hit your dm like sup

I use to work out every day but stopped and ate like garbage. I am back to living in active lifestyle and eating healthy after finding out I have high blood pressure. So, I play soccer 5 times a week, basketball 3 to 4 times a week. I only eat fish with a cheat meal once a week. I feel amazing. Playing soccer for 70 to 80 minutes straight and not feeling like stopping is great.

I'm going to get on this. I was VERY flabby and got on a nutrition plan that cut from the 360s down to currently (at least as of this past Thursday) 337 from cutting down junk and drinking a gallon of water. I have alot of muscle mass underneath and if I do this I can get to my desired goal which is 245.

its true can help with mental health. even when i was broke living in a car I still kept my gym membership and worked out. I still felt strong and healthy and that was a positive to help me get through those tough times...... it also got a woman who barely knew me to let me move in with her :lolbron:

I was tempted to say in my OP "keep working out even if you're homeless" but I know there's some brehs in that situation and I didn't want to be insensitive.

Yup! Women love it and you'll feel better too. Getting in great shape did wonders for my self-esteem

Your self esteem improves and your all around mental health gets better.

Man, when I dont work out, my mental health suffers big time. But that dopamine rush from exercising plus the confidence you get from your body improving and looking better is an unmatched mental health panacea.
