Yes, there are clear exceptions such as reasons surrounding race, disabilities, and religion (which has been hard to prove in terms of not being allowed to vaccinate). But you dummies act like Nike was the first company to enact this. This has stood up to the law because it's legal.

Some people are gonna hate to hear it, but, as an employer, if someone is foolish enough to refuse vaccination with some bullshyt exemption (legit exemption would/will have been used before this, so you would know who is really just trying to Juelz), chances are we have been looking for a reason for a long time. This is a godsend for a lot of us, and am happy to go in another direction with all the folks that don’t want to get vaccinated.
