At will employment brehs
What grounds do you have to sue when it's literally in your signed contract that either your or the company can end employment whenever and for whatever reason...........
any vaccination based discrimination claim would have already been bought by anti vax home schoolers who children couldn't go to public school. so what's the precedent to win here?
the new competitive edge will be remote work, that doesn't require vaccination. Those the jobs the most in demand ppl will be fighting over and the rest will have to put up with having to come into the office and being subject to shyt like this. I have an offer that's fully remote and just got off the phone with a recruiter that's offering fully remote and he had a whole portion of his spill that was basically "our employees will NEVER have to come into the office and can live anywhere"
I'm fully vaxxed and boosted but personally I think firing people over vaccination status, when vax ppl still get and spread covid is kind of wild. Better to just limit in office requirements imo
