your gonna need like 3 days of cardio too man...i would do strength training first if i were you ...start at a heavy weight and do 5 reps for your first set rest 3 minutes lower the weight by 10% and do 6 and then rest 3 minutes lower weight and aim for 8...do that for your back chest and biceps
for shoulders do strength and a bulk for size by say doing the 5,6,8 format with db shoulder presses lowering the weight by 5 each set and lateral shoulder raises with a weight you an do 12 times and do 12-10-8-6-6 with 30 seconds each set
the 5,6,8 format with lots of rest will harden and sculpt your muscle
the 12-10-8-6-6 format with 30 seconds rest with same weight will build size by adding water
mix both depending on how you want your physique to look
starting doing this style about 2 weeks ago and this is what i currently look like. I'm not the most muscular guy or jacked but i feel symmetrical
