stat's hooks just as trash as em's
he was a good rapper with lyrical ability, but his songwriting was trash. this was proof how terrible his hooks were.

Wtf happened to d12? Proof died and Em just threw the whole group in the bushes?
I swear no up and coming artist has ever thrived on after math/ shady records fukking with em and dre except 50 cent but he had a strong buzz before signing. That lable isa death trap for any upcoming artists. Hell they even killed off the legend Rakim for fukk sakes![]()
whats Bobby Creekwater up to? I wanna know his story about why his album never dropped on Aftermath.
this joint used to come on the radio and i swore it was Andre 3000 for the longest.
took me years to learn it was bobby creekwater
Well Royce said Shady still believes in them but Interscope doesn't.Yeah, I think that album killed them somewhat as a group, it was so terrible embarrassing, first album was dope too..,
Me too..I had a physical copy..I think "Got Some Teeth" being the first single kinda fukked him up..That time in the industry was when choosing the right singles for your album could make or break you..The Set Up with Nate Dogg produced by Dre should've definitely been the first single instead..That beat was bananas & rappers used to stay rapping over it on Rap City lol
Edit:Just looked it up & yea Eminem produced Got Some Teeth..Figured..Its right up his alley![]()
No pauselmfao sometimes you just gotta ride dikk

I would say obie had a successful run on shady. he dropped 2 great albums, sold a lot of records and was able to start his own label, royce got a lot of exposure and put out a lot of content so i would consider that successful and busta rhymes dropped probably his best album while on aftermath imo. the only other one i can think of is mr. porter, but he's mainly doing it as a producer. overall it's been disappointing for them considering the talent they had.
shady wise anything outside of em and 50 flopped. Obie flopped twice. aftermath wise outside 50 and dre, everybody got dropped. you either flopped or got dropped. r.i.p. to stat, brooklyn, gage, focus, cashis, bobby creekwater, bishop lamont, hitman, eve, obie, truth hurts, etc.I would say obie had a successful run on shady. he dropped 2 great albums, sold a lot of records and was able to start his own label, royce got a lot of exposure and put out a lot of content so i would consider that successful and busta rhymes dropped probably his best album while on aftermath imo. the only other one i can think of is mr. porter, but he's mainly doing it as a producer. overall it's been disappointing for them considering the talent they had.
