You want to play the semantics game to “that was different” sony’s side of things so you can keep up your stanary, but reality is PS5 has very few exclusives and PS6 will have even less.

Me saying gamepass is "the Xbox platform" and playing games on any device is the future since before the ABK deal and y'all doubling down on MS having a monopoly and locking out games of PlayStation.

Me saying selling hardware won't matter to them as much on the sales side because they are working towards gaming anywhere and on everything and how they'll never completely get out the hardware side of Xbox as long as it's an industry standard, and y'all saying MS is getting out of hardware and going 3rd party.



I been told y'all selling dedicated consoles doesn't even matter like that anymore. It's actually the worst part of the business right now with so many other ways to sell and move software that doesn't require a 500 dollar dedicated hardware investment 1st.

It's not as bad for Sony because they are a hardware company so just like with the PS2 and Blue Ray they can push other hardware to the mainstream with their system hardware.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a AAA game and doesn't feel like God of War Ragnarok which doesn't feel like Spider-Man 2 which doesn't feel like Rebirth which doesn't feel like Elden Ring which doesn't feel like Ratchet and Clank which doesn't feel like Ghost of Tsushima which will not feel like GTA VI.

They don't play the same, look the same or even have similar stories or game mechanics. The only similarity is most of them have big budgets so there's high quality production values in it throughout the whole package in graphics, music, cinematics etc.

The ONLY reason you're saying that is because Microsoft barely produces high rated, high quality AAA games. If Microsoft made a AAA game similar to Cyberpunk or God of War or even Elden Ring and it got a 90+ rating on MC, you'd be the main one singing it's praises and talking about how Microsoft is carrying the industry and showing Sony how it's done.
