Since 2021, at least nine states have introduced bills to lower the minimum age for serving alcohol, according to a report released Thursday by the Economic Policy Institute, a left-leaning think tank. Seven states — Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, New Mexico and Alabama — have enacted them.

More states are pushing to follow. In Wisconsin, legislators are seeking to lower the alcohol service age from 18 to 14, and Idaho lawmakers want to lower it from 19 to 17.
In March, Arkansas rolled back a number of child labor protections across the state, including a measure that had required employers to obtain work certificates for children under the age of 16.
this is undoubtedly a conservative initiative. Why do republicant dikkheads want kids serving alcohol to grown ass adults? that opens the door to them being hit on and bullied by drunk patrons, but these retards pretend not to know this. They're tired of getting cited for violating labor laws, so they lobbied to change them in favor of cheaper labor.....absolutely fukking disgusting.

Republic*nts are going to ruin this fkin country.

Down to age 14 huh.

Clearly conservatives want it to be legal to marry a minor AND get them wasted on alcohol.

These pederast motherfukkers need to be tossed into the ocean.

Edit - sure. Work as bartenders. Like that’s not a slippery slope. I’m sure chefs don’t taste the food they serve either.
