I have one and remember some posters legit saying because it’s handheld means it’s competition for Nintendo.
That's actually great for a PC handheld that has majority only sold through their official website.

yeah 4 million units and those 4 million folks are buying games on steam
I have like 40 games on my deck so they getting a cut on all the games as well
shyt they are doing what Sony and Microsoft wish they can. They have a monopoly on the PC market really and if they get serious about developing more hardware shyt will be hard for Microsoft or Sony or anyone else to catch up.

The way y’all big up the Steam Deck you’d think it outsold the Vita. Shyt ain’t even outsold the Wii U and just a couple million over the Sega Saturn in America.
Probably because one is a expensive handheld and the other is a console and you can use in handheld mode.
Valve is such a frustrating company. They make great games and hardware but just don't do enough.

They don't need to do anything. As long as PC gamers choose Steam as their preferred platform, they just sit back, host games and collect their money.
Hire some people who want to make a new Half life! They fukk around and make one of the best VR games ever and just peace out.
