The way y’all big up the Steam Deck you’d think it outsold the Vita. Shyt ain’t even outsold the Wii U and just a couple million over the Sega Saturn in America.

I would assume alot of people don't feel the need to spend hundreds of dollars on a PC handheld to play the exact same games they can play on their more powerful PC desktop

Nintendo pulled out of the deal AB, not Sony. They created their biggest competitor by having them develop the hardware and be dikkheads by pulling out of the deal at the last minute. Instead of doing nothing with it, they decided to use it and create the Playstation and the rest is history.

they didn't need to steal, they had a deal and Nintendo backed out. Nintendo came to THEM to make the system. But they saw too much greed in cartridges/flash media instead of optical, so they wanted to continue to be greedy and said no thanks again.
.Sony wanted to make the system and had prototypes made. Still don't understand why Nintendo changed up. It's their fault.
Was a hardcore Nintendo Stan then. After finding out what happened, still don't understand.
But dumbass Leadership does that, make poor short term decisions that bite them in the ass long term not seeing where things are headed.
