did you try uninstalling and installing again?

the first time i installed jc2, it was buggy as hell.

then i reinstalled and it worked perfectly.

I added Dust:An Elysian Tail(or trail idk) to my cart and I'm thinking of Chilvary since I see people say it's fun.

The game worked fine for me a few years ago when I installed it on my old machine. It's probably a driver problem or something. I don't think the game plays well with new shyt.

Steam says it's an x64 problem and to turn off the decals or soft particles. I dunno , but you are not alone with your problem
