t-dot till they bury me
I didnt tear them in the traditional sense of like sports related. I've had them lengthened, which is them cutting them and stretching them out. Then casted for 2-3 months. I was born with clubbed feet so I had terrible foot/Achilles problems my whole life. I don't even like typing the word, and I never say it loud. It always brings a negative reaction. I refer to it as "The A word."
I just grabbed my feet reading this :picard:

Hope you alright now breh

A little town called none ya got damn bidness
It can be. Not a one size fits all situation but that's been a reason to get it done. Mine were so tight that I walked on my tippy toes and didn't even realize it til someone pointed it out to me.
I had to walk with my foot at a slight angle for some type of relief from the pain:sadbron:

Yeah might be time to see a foot specialist. Might need to be casted to stretch yours out. Instead of opting for another surgery I usually get casted (ponsetti method) with my Achilles in a stretched position for two weeks. It really helps. It's a band aid but I'm done with the surgeries.

Appreciate the insight bro and just being a normal dude dealing with "sports related injuries "..
Had a friend of mine pop his stepping down from a delivery truck.

I have played sports since I was 6..maxed out playing for a mid-major college bball..never had any major injuries but my fear is that it will happen in my older stages of life- which is why I shoot jumpers and don't play 5v5 when I pick up a bball now :pachaha:
But your journey is helluva :salute:
