None of these nikkas can really be guarded by NBA defenses thats why teams constantly send doubles at nikkas like Harden, Lillard and Curry during the playoffs

Kawhi was getting doubled and trapped in Game 1, we all know nobody can guard these dudes

But we aren't NBA coaches and shyt who know and have more access to info that we have. I don't think they feared Steph it was just a good strategy to play once Klay went down. I'll take my chances with Iggy beating you from 3. Same thing on the other end with Siakam you take a chance backing off him daring him to shoot because it is the right strategy. Another reason it was effective is because Steph is a weak player he can't bully his man and create a good pass or shoot over the top, where as Lebron or any other big forward with handles can bully the main defender on the box and 1 and make the correct pass over the top. It clearly worked and steph was in his feelings at the end of the game. Give props to nurse for making in game adjustments which a lot of coaches are afraid to do.

What's crazy is this is not new in regards to Curry. Teams would rather LOSE than let Curry score.

I've never seen this type of defensive behavior toward one player. It's a losing strategy. I felt this way when the Cavs sent constant doubles at Steph instead of Durant while KD was averaging 35ppg in the Finals in 2017. Toronto was playing good defense on Curry without the Box, it's like they have no faith or no hope

What is it with this guy that coaches lose common sense and go to all out extreme measures against Curry... and they still lose

This coach in College held Curry to zero points by doubling him without the ball the entire game and got beat by 30!!! Coaches just become obsessed with stopping this man

If they were stopping Curry before, why use the Box n One then? you sound foolish. This is one of the most extreme measures I've ever seen in the NBA.
