This movement is already under way. Don't know about "inner city" (whatever that means in 2019) but there are tons of black kids playing soccer in youth leagues. The next 10 years will be interesting...

my son is about to turn 3 and he's apart of a toddler league. Pretty good too and follows directions better or just as good as the other kids. Told him I want him to dominate and become a homegrown American star in futbol.
