The issues with the young players have everything to do with Kerr being a terrible coach. Every coach has a system, but that doesn’t mean you don’t adapt to the types of players that you have. He’s tanked the value of every young player to come through that franchise in the last 5 years if not longer.

I would still kick the tires on Zion because of the ability to void his contract and have cap space next summer IF Steph and Dray (this would be a situation where having Draymond could be a big benefit) believe Zion could help and they could get him in line.

They need a potential #1 option and I don’t see anyone else they could get. It is unreasonable to expect Steph to carry the lead scoring load night after night. Too much to ask of a small, aging guard.
