im going to be completely honest. i have been a victim of female on male DV. THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR IT, and men have almost zero resources for dealing with it. My situation went to the point where i got hit in the head with a hammer and had to call the law.
before that, i had gotten beaten with a pipe and left unconcsious. as a man, i felt i had nowhere to turn to, i had my own real father making fun of me calling me al green. i slipped into a deep depression. finally i called the law after the aforementioned situation. she got counseling and a year probation.

so when i say that the provoked argument is bullshyt, its because there have been 100's of times that i have been provoked. and honestly if i had reacted violently, i might not still be going through that shyt. BUT, i know that if i hit her, i am not a man. thats why i say there is no excuse.

St Louis Rams!!!!!
My whole issue was it really neccessary for Beadle to air that all on twitter tho? They are Co-workers, no need to do him dirty like that.

She could have just asked to talk in private with SAS to clarify or express what she disagrees with.

The whole Twitter rant seems a little childish. Doing that seems like it then becomes a popularity contest on who his right and who is wrong

Look at this emotional shyt. Fam lay off the shyt I didn't say none of that shyt about co signing that part of SAS but you keep right on believing whatever you'd like to believe to make you feel better.
Look at you not confronting what I'm saying and playing cornball Lucy. "L-l-l-ook at this emotional shyt!" As if SAS is paying you to defend his honor.

That clown ass niqqa says a dude should cut his locks before getting interviewed. Says we need to dress a certain way in order to be in the good graces of white folks carrying cism. You want your life controlled by others cism, then SAS is your guy.

No, it comes off as you being a battered partner while trying to rationalize said status under the veneer of masculinity. I don't mean to insult you, but I'm sure that you could have reported her to the authorities before she beat you with a lead pipe like she was Scott Steiner. Your situation is the perfect example of what many of us have been trying to illustrate. That woman took for granted the fact that you would take her abuse and so it continued to escalate to a point where you could have lost your life. I'm personally not advocating that you take the woman's head off; it would have been far more prudent to leave the situation and report her to the police sooner. fukk being a "man". Be logical.
If she came at someone with a pipe, that guy should snatch it from her and show that crazy broad what he's caple of.

crazy thing is, my sisters and my niece (rip) had the opposite reaction than most men i told. they instantly wanted to whip that ass and didnt go the victim blaming route. men are generally taught to just deal with dv. the only male who didnt make light of the situation was my nephew, who was raised up with me as a brother.

this topic, along with mental illness, is one that we a black community need to discuss and reassess.

They are actually related. People who are healthy mentally don't just go around beating on people, especially people that are close to them.

Breh... all we are saying (i think...) is that if she hit you with that pipe, then you in turn decked her dubmass.... WE WOULD UNDERSTAND.......

You shouldnt be the one held totally responsible for reacting to somebody assaulting you....
while you all would understand, the court of law has a different opinion, and if i would have did that (if i wasnt already out unconscious), that situation would have escalated out of control, and we all know how the courts side when it comes to domestic/relationship issues. plus, someone could have died, and i wouldnt be where i am today.
if instead of him trying to be a comedian, been a real father and counseled me in my time of need, maybe the situation would have been different.

I co-sign this to the fullest...But problem is I still support Stephen A stance on this even though he doesn't support his own community..I'm kind of torn...I can't stand him to be honest...But he's right on this one...However when you factor in if they were talking about African Americans instead I bet you Beadle wouldn't of had an issue at all...Stephen A is a prolific yassa boss to me.
I understand the ambivalence. But I can't say he was even right on this one when dude wasn't clear with his statements. If he said women shouldnt' put their hand on men, I would never argue that and would agree. shyt...I was a victim of that shyt.

Stephen A is the king of using the various mediums at his disposal to air out whomever he pleases. I've heard him unapologetically berate fans, teams and players at his leisure. That's actually part of his shtick. He's should never be cast as the victim. He uses outrage and controversy to earn his paycheck. Now that the shoe's on the other foot, he fell back quick.

Stephen A is your classic loud mouthed punk that backs down when confronted with a stronger adversary. Dudes like him will always lick the big boy's boots. It's in his nature.

Im not defending shyt I'm just laughing at how a dude you don't personally know got you that heated of his words. You can twist it any way you'd like to make yourself feel better but that's all it is for me at the end of the day. Dude shouldn't have you this up in arms for his position he is in. Not like he making policy or anything that can affect us so apgving him that type of clout agree with him or not is crazy but again you keep on fighting the Internet good fight. It would help if you kept it on these comments not the other stuff we talking about domestic violence not his other stuff that's the other part that make you like a stalker on this issue. Bringing up stuff that isn't in play right now just because you don't like dude

Here's the thing....I was smart enough to keep that crazy chick's emails and she worked as a lawyer in the same court I was going back and forth to. She wanted NO PARTS of those emails shown to her co workers bruh!! She got my charges dropped. :heh:
Should've shown them anyway and ruined her law career. A controlling and manipulative woman who works in law will bury the next poor guy she's with. Same reason I fear for the next guy who dated my ex. That woman is gonna be like that Kim greylek broad on SVU between Novak and Cabot but before Paula Patton. Vindictive and looking at only piling up a body count. That next guy is in serious danger.
