ESPN got better in-house talent for sports discussion shows than either Skip or SAS. its just that people for some reason do not want to hear real shyt. They want to be trolled(entertained)I agree with everything except the bolded. Like you stated, SAS has stepped into his own the past few years, hell, he's even got a beef jerky commercial on national television now. He's an important part of the show -- and you know how much it sucks when the replacements are in. They would need another strong-minded, loud, overly opinionated dude to match what Skip brings to the table.
If this were two years ago, sure, SAS brought very little to the show and wasn't a household name.
But now he's got more Twitter followers than Skip

I shouldn't have said almost anyone. But if they replaced him with a competent TV draw like the aforementioned Jemele Hill or Michael Smith, or Bomani Jones...or if they even just found a new fresh black face that is moderately knowledgeable about sports and has an entertaining on-air personality to troll-spar with Skip, I doubt you would see any decline in ratings. The point is, that nikka is replaceable and he seems to have lost sight of that.

Man Im not sure the masses trying to hear Captain Kirk aka Michael Smith, Jemele I'm bias but act like I'm not on certain female issues Hill, but Bomani might work even though he reminds me at times of Hermione Granger with his "know it all" way of acting. He would fit in closer than the other two IMO.
