I dont see that happening unless the White House directly targets McConnell.

but again, this just highlights our actual disagreement. i want a bill to go out, and am looking at the real life scenarios where i see that happening, taking cost and timing into consideration. your main priority is moral victory and the ego of the speaker of the house
