and that might be what mcconnell has said, but for the 80th time, its not tested in real life until she takes the deal and makes it real and trump is screaming at the senate to pass it. and mconnell physically has 51 senators vote it down

If they gave a fukk about a stimulus, they would have passed something already.

If they gave a fukk about a stimulus, they would have given in to Trump's demands. It's not like Trump hasn't been begging for another stimulus for months.

If they gave a fukk about a stimulus, they would have prioritized that over confirming ACB a week before the election. They sat on the stimulus for months but didn't even wait an hour after RBG died to start talking about filling her seat.

Unless there is unanimous agreement on a bill among the senate, there is nothing you, Pelosi, Trump or Jesus can do to force McConnell to put a bill on the floor for a vote.

This concept continues to elude you though its been happening in real-time since the GOP took the majority.
