i'm not about to google every case for you. there are thousands, and just because they might not win money doesn't mean they don't win other concessions. you can follow the oakland case to see what requirements came from the suit. taking away liability and ability to sue means these companies don't have to do jack shyt to protect their workers, amazing how the WFH elite is ok with that

well all i said, that you apparently took issue with, is that the small number of cases being filed by people who choose to work at these jobs is not worth tanking stimulus for the entire country over

if there are lawsuits to be had, then why the fukk arent they already filed? and if they havent been filed already, then why is it even an issue going forward?

you act like liability protection is gonna take away this ability to sue...that hasnt come to fruition these past 8 months, when businesses havent had protection this whole time?
