i dont get it brehs, no clue what im doing wrong but im just tryna shed like 10-15lbs and it's been a STRUGGLE

what diet are you guys using?

i eat at most like twice a day

smh it's almost july

Are you fat? If so, losing weight shoud be much quicker than you think as long as you're consistent.

If you're already somewhat in shape or too skinny, then yeah i can the problem you're having losing weight.

Problem is you are looking for a diet that is a quick fix instead of looking for a lifestyle change that is more impactful. Try looking at Intermittent Fasting that is a lifestyle and will see results extremely quick.

The main reason a person can't lose weight is because of biologically related reasons

What are you eating?
morning -coffee

lunch - turkey with mash potatoes and stuffing

dinner- bowl of rice
burn more calories than you eat
was just at the gym

yeah im in shape just tryna take out tummy fat and it's been a real pain im 225 if i get to like 210 ill be pretty happy

i've heard about IF, might have to try it gonna be tough not eating within 16 hrs a day though
