morning -coffee
lunch - turkey with mash potatoes and stuffing
dinner- bowl of rice
was just at the gym
i've heard about IF, might have to try it gonna be tough not eating within 16 hrs a day though
You have too much carbs at lunch and dinner. If you only have a coffee in the morning you pretty much have done 16 hours. You fast 8 hours already while you sleep, so you only do 8 more when you are awake.

breh you dont understand I turn 24 next month feeling wise I still feel like i'm 19 so i'm thinking I can eat a ton of bullshyt and get away with it
