morning -coffee

lunch - turkey with mash potatoes and stuffing

dinner- bowl of rice

was just at the gym


i've heard about IF, might have to try it gonna be tough not eating within 16 hrs a day though

You have too much carbs at lunch and dinner. If you only have a coffee in the morning you pretty much have done 16 hours. You fast 8 hours already while you sleep, so you only do 8 more when you are awake.

i dont get it brehs, no clue what im doing wrong but im just tryna shed like 10-15lbs and it's been a STRUGGLE

what diet are you guys using?

i eat at most like twice a day

smh it's almost july


Low carb intermittent fasting and Cardio. HIIT cardio

Maybe even give keto a try

Replace those carbs with fibers and you'd be set. Look at incorporating Quinoa, Sweet Potatoes or even a PLAIN (AS IN NO SALT, DAIRY, MAYBE ONLY PEPPER) Baked potato as your side dish (potatoes are natural diuretics) .

Also hit the cardio and fasting hard man. You want your body in a fat burning state as long as possible.

yeah im in shape just tryna take out tummy fat and it's been a real pain im 225 if i get to like 210 ill be pretty happy

The last 10-15 lbs are the hardest.

When I'm.trying to shed the last mile I do intermittent fasting and avoid carbs.

My eating window is between 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm and I go hard on weights and hiit (well as hard as I can since I dont have carbs in the system)

My 2:00 pm is usually just seasoned chicken breast

I remember them younger days :whew:


But to be real with you 25 is about the time your metabolism starts getting kinda flabby. Most don't notice until they turn 27.
