i dont get it brehs, no clue what im doing wrong but im just tryna shed like 10-15lbs and it's been a STRUGGLE

what diet are you guys using?

i eat at most like twice a day

Eating only twice a day is part of the problem, eat smaller portions but more often, burn more calories than you consume during the day, eat healthy foods, excersize regularly, don't eat late in the evening, make sure you have healthy sleeping habits. Abide by the essentials and you shouldn't have an issue.

When I 1st started on my journey, I was losing weight on popeyes chicken/mash potatoes and 2 biscuits...

That’s not totally accurate tho. You can lift only and lose weight if calories are dialed in. “Cardio” is a tool that can allow for more cals to be be consumed in the process. That said put enough weight on the bar and lift with speed and short rest periods and that’s “cardio” as well.

that's why im asking, i could probably cut down to eating once a day but i would need something would feel me up since you guys said im taking too much carbs

Intermittent Fasting isn't a diet but its the fastest weight lose lifestyle.

Stop eating un-necessary carbs....that only spikes insulin and not glycogen which is used for fuel. Eat more veggies and add fat like avocado or olive oil, macadamia nuts, seeds in your meal plan. It provides fuel for your body instead of heavy starch that spikes insulin and adds fat back into body.

You're lazy as shyt. Eat 12 wings from Papa John's with ranch once a day. Drink nothing that's not water. That's everything. You're gonna lose 10 to 15 just the first week.

If you're really serious about it. Do a combination of a No carb diet, High interval Intensity Training, and IF (every 3-4 days). That weight will be gone within 2.

OP,I get the impression you're looking for an easy way to do a fundamentally difficult thing-lose weight. There's no easy way,breh! Serious daily cardio ,ideally 40,minimum 30 mns on a treadmill is mandatory. Drink raw water and small salad portions,since they can indirectly add water to your system. Aim for 2-1.5 kg loss per week,imo easily doable. Like I say its not easy and depends on you.
I'm 6"2',182-185 lbs,46 yrs and drink beer,tequila,some Macallan,fcuk as long as I want,eat sweet sour pork,spicy prawns and smoke as much Sportsman and Schimellpennick cigarillos as I want since I manage a hilly 10 k daily.

Once you're at your ideal weight,fast intermittently,maybe once or twice a week and check your weight regularly. j

Add some egg whites and fruit (skin on) with breakfast.

For lunch, replace either the stuffing or potatoes with broccoli or spinach or another fibery leafy veggie.

For dinner, replace the rice with brown rice or quinoa and throw a protein in there. Something like cod or salmon. Also throw another veggie on that shyt.

Do that for a month and you'll be lean as fukk in no time.
