OP,I get the impression you're looking for an easy way to do a fundamentally difficult thing-lose weight. There's no easy way,breh! Serious daily cardio ,ideally 40,minimum 30 mns on a treadmill is mandatory. Drink raw water and small salad portions,since they can indirectly add water to your system. Aim for 2-1.5 kg loss per week,imo easily doable. Like I say its not easy and depends on you.
I'm 6"2',182-185 lbs,46 yrs and drink beer,tequila,some Macallan,fcuk as long as I want,eat sweet sour pork,spicy prawns and smoke as much Sportsman and Schimellpennick cigarillos as I want since I manage a hilly 10 k daily.
Once you're at your ideal weight,fast intermittently,maybe once or twice a week and check your weight regularly. j
