What can you put the peanut butter on or do you just eat it plain?

Are eggs actually good for you.


You did both Keto and Intermittent fasting? Does it really work?
I ate it plain. You could always eat it with a few crackers, but of course it’s not as healthy.

I’m doing keto and IF now. I’m down 22 lbs since beginning of the year. Typically eat two meals between 5-10pm.

What's your mindset? I think the mental aspect doesn't get talked about enough.

Why do you wanna lose weight? Did your doctor tell you to for health reasons? Self esteem issues or what?

Ask yourself, do you truely understand how hard it is? Most people want to lose weight or change something about themselves but don't really understand how hard it is.

Imagine asking for help from someone who was blessed genetically lol. They probably wouldn't give you the best advice.

I’m 250 almost I need to drop back down to 205 these extra pounds have me missing clothes I can’t wear anymore plus it’s almost carnival season

I'm up to 182 lbs @ 6 ft tall. Usually, I'm between 165-170. I work 2nd shift and about a month ago, I started back cooking when I get off work. Stuff like burgers and tacos. I put on 12 lbs since. I used to just "snack" because I don't really be that hungry.

Wow I might need to get on that wave. I'm gaining way too much weight.

It's generally around 2500 for men 2000 for women. You will need to run a deficit in order to lose weight. Maybe try fasting for a week and change your diet. You probably will not make it the full week but try to set it as a goal. Are you exercising also?

Are these okay?

No. Non sugar sweeteners still increase insulin levels even though they have zero calories. Insulin spikes increase fat uptake. It's why drinking Diet Coke doesn't help with weight loss.

You're better off drinking water with lemon juice and lime juice and a bit of salt. That won't increase your insulin levels.
