If you're struggling to lose 10-15 pounds it's not the diet or exercise, it's just you.

You're literally not trying.

Every person's body's different but 10 pounds?
Oh nah bro I’m not trying to lose 10lbs I’m trying to drop 50

You don’t need to cut carbs fully, especially when you are going to be working out.
You eat them in very small moderation. Some rice and beans is great for carbs and protein. One slice of whole grain toast with breakfast.
Calm I’ll just do a half cup of rice for the day then

Well damn 50, then I take back what I said.

Workout twice a day. Once in the morning or whenever and once after you eat dinner. The key or to workout after you eat your final meal for the day.

Working out can consist of whatever but you need to do cardio. An hour on the elliptical machine, go play basketball or do something exercise-wise that'll make you sweat.

Make sure it's for an hour at least twice a day and you'll be there in no time.

And eat lighter portions.

Intermittent fast if you can.

now I’m REALLY having trouble :to::whoa:

Bro I bounced backed easily when I made this thread now it’s :francis:

Stop eating Sugar. It causes alot of things

1. It causes Parasites to be in your body, and feeds bad bacteria
2. Gives you brain fog, makes you less motivated to workout
3. Slows down your bile flow, makes it very hard to process and eliminate food from your colon
4. Messes up your digestive organs. Liver, Pancreas, Gallbladder

By sugar I mean every type

1. Milk sugar. Chocolate candy, Ice cream
2. Skittles, Starbursts, etc
3. Baked goods. Cookies, Cakes, Donuts, Muffins, etc

Nothing will change until you eliminate it. Most of my diet is Vegetables, Meat, Eggs, and Seafood. The only sources of sugar I eat now is Apple, Potato, BBQ sauce, Gum

no rice, just eat cabbage in place of rice, chicken/fish and cabbage

only carbs you should eat for a while is sweet potato or wild rice every now and then.

have a no meat day like Tuesdays and Thursdays and you will definitely see the change very fast

Do as everyone suggested, but also start swimming.

The weight will start to fly off.

For me, this works. OMAD until you get comfortable with a single eating window. Eat as many or as few calories as you need for your goals.

Attempt 48 hour fasts until you can consistently complete them. Take electrolytes after the first 24 hours and don't allow yourself to become dehydrated. Eat as many or as few calories as you need for your goals. In my case that is 1200 calories. My job is stressful but not really physical so I can get away with 1200 calories and barely fit in micro and macro nutrients, fiber, and protein. After, start doing rolling 48 hour fasts. That's the stage I'm up to now.

Obviously you would want to exercise to maintain your muscle mass as extended fasting burns glycogen, fat and even muscle tone.

I don't see how I could consistently achieve rolling 72 hour fasts because that would be way too boring and I would fail.

What kind of lifting do you do on 1,200 calories?

facts. Only sugar we really should eat is fruits. Even heavy starch like potato should be sparingly.

In the first place it is highly unlikely your body will start burning muscle in a 48 hour fasting window. But Low intensity workouts so I drop the weight to something manageable and increase the reps. After your body is accustomed to fasting, 48 hour fasts doesn't really affect your energy. But 72 hours is a dividing line. I rarely have energy to do anything when I wake up on the third day of a 72 hour fast. Though I hear the real fat loss benefits of fasting only occur past 72 hours.

Low intensity, gotcha. Olympic lifts, machines?
