It's generally around 2500 for men 2000 for women. You will need to run a deficit in order to lose weight. Maybe try fasting for a week and change your diet. You probably will not make it the full week but try to set it as a goal. Are you exercising also?
2500 for men? wouldn't that be a surplus

nikka go ask around the board, i used to be brolic. this thread is 5 yrs old and after i made it i snapped back in under 3 months, now it 2024 im for real struggling and i can't pinpoint why

That's nice, doesn't change anything I said. What does 30 have to do with you gaining weight? Unless you have some undiagnosed medical condition, I'm sure you already know why you're struggling, you just don't want to admit it.

What does a typical diet look like for you? Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks.
There's no health logic behind it besides trying not to cook much beef or pork, but I typically eat some kinda variation of chicken, rice, beans and/or veggies, that's lunch and dinner. For breakfast I like shyt that's quick, light, and filling. Peanuts, oatmeal, belivta bars-- shyt like that. Again there's no health logic behind it all, just efficiency this time. I'll cook dinner but I can't remember the last time I got up and cooked a breakfast :skip:

How did you snap back breh? Pause. What was your regimen?
i had pretty AGGRESSIVE diet back then i was eating only 1000 calories a day and was in the gym weightlifting like crazy. i did it for 6-7 weeks. it worked beautifully but man was it brutal, i don't think i could do that again. my joints are killing me

:manny: lol i did twice i can do it again, i know the reason why i fell off. it's just trying to climb back up again that's the hard part

I'll figure it out within this year just like i did previously, might take me a bit longer though

Low carbs

Your body burns carbs for energy. If there are little carbs, it will burn the fat. Combine that with cardio and weights. Don’t drink calories. Probiotics will suppress your appetite.
what about energy? i be feeling tired when i go all day without eating carbs? one of the reasons i stopped keto i was sleeping on the wheel while driving

Nah it’s hard I was just going good and I fukked up(back at it though) if you not into any diets just eat lower calories and workout 30 mins a day a few days out the week.
