:mindblown: hold up how do you fast for 2 days if you pushing weight

If I fast for 2 days and try to bench 275 or deadlift 500 during my current scheduled workouts i finna pass out, that sounds like madness

Track what you eat if you arent already.

Cook your own meals if you aren't already.

Plan and prepare your food ahead of time. That way if something comes up you have a healthy meal ready to go.


Breakfast
1 Cup of Oatmeal. Either get flavored packs or I like to put stevia and a little sugar free syrup for taste
3 Eggs

Lunch
1/2 lb of Chicken Breast
100grams of White Rice
Half a bag of those microwaveble broccoli things or the whole bag if your hungry.

Dinner
1/2lb Chicken breast
100 grams of white rice
Another bag of vegetables around 100 calories

Snacks:
Protein shake
2 pieces of Fruit. Eat them whenever you want during the day.

That's about 1800 calories. I think it's about 150 grams of protein. If you're 225 though maybe throw in another shake after a workout. That's 1 day.

Day 2
Breakfast
Toast with 32g of peanut butter. Like 1 spoonful.
4 Eggs

Lunch
200 grams of white rice
2 servings of some kind of fish: fastest is tuna, one of the best is salmon

Dinner
2 Jenni O Lean Ground Turkey patty 100 grams of Sweet potato


You can replace the turkey pattys for 2 servings of steak. I just like the party's cause they're really fast and easy to cook.

Snacks
2 shakes
2 fruits


This day is between 1800-2000 calories. And you're going to get about 160-170 grams of protein. I'd just switch between the two days throughout the week. If you use my fitness pal you can mix food from one day to the other, just make sure you're tracking it all.

  • Intermittent fasting is a nonsense. Stop doing that
  • Minimise carbs where possible; rice, bread, sugars, potatoes, etc.
  • Maximise lean protein, healthy fats and oils and leafy greens
  • Incorporate some cardio into your exercise regime

i dont get it brehs, no clue what im doing wrong but im just tryna shed like 10-15lbs and it's been a STRUGGLE

what diet are you guys using?

i eat at most like twice a day

Your body is in starvation mode probably.

You first wanna eat enough calories to where your body doesn't feel starved then gradually work on a deficit.

Also restrict your carbs, sugars & drink water

Intermittent Fasting/Keto saw me drop around 12-17 pounds in two weeks.

That said, I kickstarted the process with a fast that ran about 36-48 hours. It was one of the worst things ever. :damn:

Eat chicken breast and tuna with vegetables, for both dinner and lunch. For breakfast, eat eggs and peanut butter.

Cut out the mashed potatoes and stuffing. It ain't thanksgiving...

Lift weights and jump rope or any other kind of interval cardio.

Check out one of them diet books at the book store

What can you put the peanut butter on or do you just eat it plain?

Are eggs actually good for you.
