Reppin
DFW Metroplex
Apple cider vinegar
Bpi products
Drink allot of water
Cut out milk bread sugar etc
Do some kind of cardio

Eliminate bread.
Don't drink your calories (which means drink water).
You'll be fine.

Cut out processed foods as much as possible. They're packed with sodium which will retain water weight.
Get 30g of fiber a day; you wanna be taking big nasty shyts around the same time every day. Preferably in the morning.
Water, drink it.
Can y'all explain what's wrong with bread & dairy?

Eat chicken breast and tuna with vegetables, for both dinner and lunch. For breakfast, eat eggs and peanut butter.

Cut out the mashed potatoes and stuffing. It ain't thanksgiving...

Lift weights and jump rope or any other kind of interval cardio.

Check out one of them diet books at the book store

It’s a uninformed statement and ironic considering you eat a bowl a rice at night but bread carbs are the devil.

Carry on

The thing with bread is that it adds unnecessary calories, and sometimes a lot of them.

If you make a sandwich, that's two slices of bread. Typically each slice has 100 calories. So right off the bat you're at 200. That's before you add any dressing, cheese, whatever.
If you get a roll, depending on the size, that could be 150-300.
If you eat a 12-inch hero/sub/wedge/whatever you call it....you could be eating 400+ calories of bread alone...not including what's in between.

Long term I wouldn't say don't eat any bread at all. But maybe get a wrap if you typically get a hero.
Have one slice with breakfast instead of two.

Stuff like that.

Also, hot drinks help to make the body feel full. This is helpful if you need something to hold you down for a few hours and you don't want to eat. Coffee, tea, soup...whatever.
High fiber foods make you feel fuller, longer. Same with protein.
I've seen people say that they might divide as much as 50% of their plate into protein, and fill out the rest with veggies and maybe a starch.
Just an idea.
