Drink allot of water
Cut out milk bread sugar etc
Do some kind of cardio
Eliminate bread.
Don't drink your calories (which means drink water).

the bowl was the size of a fist and ate it around 5 so what thats like 300 cal with 4 grams of carbs, meh not alot compared to what i ate at lunch
