My moms Company literally made her position a permanently work from home position…

And idk why most jobs are against it

Dam she is lucky, my company briefly tried a voluntary return where staff could chose to come in…you can imagine how that went.:francis: Me and one of the other managers at work were discussing what will happen when companies mandate that it is a requirement that staff return. We speculate that over 80% or more will call in sick that first week. People are just not used to the hustle and bustle lifestyle, you will have to gradually phase them back into it. Meaning some days in the office and some at home to appease the workforce.

I believe it. You wake up at 7, get showered, dressed, brushed and then you're on your way. You spend 1 hr in traffic and get to the job site by 9. You're there until 5 and then you commute for another 1hr until you're home. You make dinner and you're laying in bed until you fall asleep at 9 or 10 and then the cycle begins again.

People will look back at this liķe "look how people used to live. Look how good we have it now."

I'm against the 40 hour workweek no matter what time it starts period. If you don't have a quota, most people bullshyt 25+ hours of those 40 hours anyway.

Cosign

Ironically the only jobs where people actually work most if not all of those 40 hours are jobs that bougie people call “low skilled”, the same jobs they say people deserve low wages for :unimpressed:

While they work their office job getting paid 40 hours worth of pay for 10 hours of actual work :unimpressed:

She’s not lucky at all, she earned it and that commute in atlanta is trash..

They even gave her a promotion right before she was about to retire, just to keep her there imo

I mean you could just take yo ass to sleep at a reasonable time, but let’s blame it on the job.
I work in management and create schedules for my team. And even people who start work at 12pm, 3pm or 9pm stay up later and don’t sleep at night and still have trouble getting up for work.
