Yep, this is speaking from someone who already has sleeping problems since as long as I could remember. Sometimes I get no sleep at night or maybe 1 or 2 hours before having to get up and get ready. It is torture and also very taxing. I also have horrible sleeping patterns where I randomly fall asleep at times and have no energy. shyt could be dangerous because I've nodded on the road before. Luckily I didn't fall completely asleep but I was nodding off. Having no sleep fukks me up but I've been so used to that shyt and it's effects really are some shyt. I always look tired. And worst off, I'm a night owl. I tend to be up late anyway because I sleep at 7 or 8 at night sometimes coming in from work and get up at midnight or 1 in the morning and don't fall asleep again til 5 then it's time for work
