This the kind of shyt that these politicians don't think about because unfortunately most of them have been shielded by money.

The number 1 thing rich people take for granted is just how much choice they have with their wealth. I would never get tired of being a millionaire. I'd never work again and would spend my days just writing books and making things. Waking up whenever, going on vacations learning skills on my own time. Thats the shyt they take for granted.

Most self made millionaires don't have that approach to life :yeshrug:

Getting up early sucks, but leaving work at 3 or 4 pm is the best.
I get up at 5:15 every weekday morning, at work for 6 and off by 2:30. I can't explain how lovely it is to get to work and home before traffic kicks up. Early morning shifts are the goat shifts to work :blessed:

I'm suppose to work from 9-5 or something like that.

I wake up at 8 and log in. Go back to bed, Wake up at 9 and check my emails. Look at my schedule and my managers schedule and depending on what they look like I lay down again until 10. Sit in on a few meetings until 3ish and I go about my day. Come back around 6-7 and log back in. See if there's anything I need to do real quick and then shut down my computer.

I log my hours every day from 9-5.

So you do absolutely no work and get paid?

I'm up usually by 5am but I have two daughters (one which started school this year.) I get my work out in, get them up at 6:30, and help them get ready as needed. Our nanny is here to take over M - Th at 7:15, and 7:30 am on Friday. That said, my work hours? Couldn't ask for better. I'm 9am - 4:00pm (more like 3:45 because that's when I typically have the final patient out the door.) The clinic I work at is less than 25 minutes away and on the outskirts of the city so I get to work within 15 - 20 minutes on average accounting for traffic. I am on call at a local hospital every other Sunday from 8am - 2pm but I opt to do that gig. Time is a precious commodity. The most precious imo. You have take care if business but I spend as much of it as possible doing what I want. Honestly, the work week is a day too long, too.
