Yeah it's not just Clayton

Another reason I'm considering the move. My job is like 60-70 miles away EACH WAY... I get to work from home but it's not always the case.

If your car takes a shyt on you, you're fukked out here. And that's another reason why there's traffic almost 24/7 around here. Im feeling like its no longer worth staying here.

Kinda wanna do the small town thing
thats suburb/small town living in a nutshell tho

I live in a decent part of Marietta I'm actually surprised when im not asked for money by a stranger when I go out nowadays. Whether it be a grocery store parking lot, gas station or even when im waiting at a light. I know this is nothing out of this world but I don't ever remember it being as bad as it i now.

I live on the Westside and when I ride down MLK the West Side is just too damn black and it isn't like the East where it was low key abandoned. But then you see stuff like this
Atlanta’s MLK Drive could go from joke to jewel | Spinning our Wheels

And in Vine City they are tearing down a ton of bandos.

I do think Mexicans will take over a part of the NW side though as it gives them easy access to the construction jobs intown.

Literally u said I can put to atleast 50 neighborhoods that were "too" black Breh.

The dome intiative was solely to help stop this. However young black ppl don't wanna do it and it's about to blow up in our faces

The only area of ATL that was officially gentrified was the Eastside and thats because nobody lived there like that, and even then there are still a lot of blacks. ATL will be gentrified but to the extent of say an NYC? IDK.
