fukk what you talmbout OP The Pivot is the shyt :rudy: I watched this one last night and he has a point but he contradicts himself later on. There was a few contradictions to be honest. He gave them a solid and interesting episode tho. For once he was on screen and I wasn't annoyed :wow:

People have to work hard to get into a position where they can get lucky. Black people have to work harder, smile brighter and make no mistakes to be on an even playing field.

And even then we all know somebody who failed up. Know somebody who somehow got a deposit for a house, and then at their housewarming party they admit their parents gave them the money for the deposit.

But if success is something that is beyond the normal definition of success such as being a ball player, entertainer or gaining real wealth to the point working is optional then those opportunities can't be squared away by just out working people.

Dude feels that way because he got handed a franchise. Acting success is based on looks, luck, or licking to break out.

For the rest of us you put in the work in school or the gym to get up and over.

He’s right and wrong , take his own career for example, Mackies filmography is amazing . Up there with anyone you could possibly named but he’s still wasn’t seen as a Denzel or a Cuba gooding or even Jamie foxx , now’s he’s captain America and it’s still like …. Eh

But that’s with everything out here. If you working out here hard and not putting yourself out there and networking depending on the industry then it’s true. In the Entertainment industry there’s a certain amount of luck or IT factor that you need to have in order to transcend in that field.

He's a working actor, so I wouldn't say he's been given multiple Oscar bait leading roles like the above. After Marvel he'll probably be financially secure to do more well-regarded independent films.

You should look up what he said about black men wearing their hair in dreads
I'm not a fan of dreads because I do not think that grown Brothas should have long hair . If she!t hits the fan & you have long hair it puts you at a disadvantage in a tussle. I had long hair from about 16 to 32 , I now rock a Caesar
