Ja had 'Down 4 You', Ashanti had 'Rock WIth U', Styles 'A Gangster and a Gentlemen', Swizz had 'Ghetto Stories', AZ 'Aziatic', Nelly 'Dilemma', 'Hot In Here', 'Come Home With Me', Diplomats Vol. 3 the Nas diss one, Jay did the 'home from France' Hot 97 freestyles, towards the end of summer. NORE had 'Grimy', and the album 'Gods Favorite', with two got tracks lol and one of them was Capone solo. It was a good summer, I was 16. That Styles was ALL I cared about though after that AZ, I copped that SP on the day it came out, early in the morning.

It was a little glossy, mainstream rap wise, Styles P was the grimiest shyt that was playing that summer, AZ was on the smooth/soul sample shyt, I was fukking with the Fab/Budden/Cain freestyles too, from the Clue tapes, 'Triangle Offense', that was short lived lol, also, D Block 'So Ghetto' Hot 97 freestyle, was crazy.
