Mon-El not coming clean to Kara about who he really is, is going to hurt him down the road 
He should have been more tactful in his approach to Jeremiah though, although I figured his betrayal would somehow be connected to protecting his girls in some way
When he tried to reconnect with his wife and she hit him with the "We need to relearn each other"

I still think some of the action scenes/rescues are pretty solid for a TV show
