niccas is this bih lookin like drakeosexual ovhoes. I'm glad y'all are enjoying seeing this in theaters. It looks to goofy to me but i'll see it on streaming in 2-3 months. There's definitely a space where a person like me would enjoy both, but i'm not in a rush to see it. If it breaks the charts congrats, if not congrats??? :manny:

and FTR, i didnt like the Reeve Supes, JL was fire, MOS was fire, Smallville was fire for what it was...hell i even watched lois and clark as a kid :manny:

That scene probably broke the whole movie for me. Snyder just told everyone he had no understanding of Superman. Some good action scenes can not make up for that error.

Despite all the issues I have with this 2025 movie Gunn got the character right. Superman himself I liked.

As for the most terrible scene ever the ending of 28 Years Later beats it by a mile:mjlol:

I blamed Lois for killing MOS potential and the franchise. But her and this tornadoe scene may have been a one two punch:mjlol:

I literally remember having the same reaction as everyone else ":dahell:". Standing calmly as a tornadoe consumes you makes you appear to have more superpowers than your son running over to you and carrying you back under the bridge:gucci:

I liked this movie a lot. Way more than the recent marvel stuff outside of Wolverine & Deadpool.

Gunn gets Superman way more than Snyder did.

I know Robert Pattinson is pushing 40 but just make him the Batman for this universe. I noticed they said Superman hit the scene in 3 years ago which means he wouldn’t exist during the flood. There is just enough plausible deniability there I think they could bring him over and it wouldn’t cause a conflict.

Also I think FF might struggle compared to this. Beyond everything else Superman was a fun movie. From the little I heard FF is full of itself and very serious. Like it’s pretentious.

Never been a SM fan in the slightest, but they did their thing with this one. I’m actually more interested in what they do with this universe than the MCU’s future, which I could have never guessed would happen.

They made Supes more of a “human” than I’ve ever seen, and not the perfect, overpowered stoic being that general media portrays him as. I’m only hip to Cavill and the animated series, so I might actually put some work in now.

You sound retarded. If I was a Snyder bro I'd be mad at this movie even existing..... I loved this movie. You're dumb as fukk :mjlol:

Snyder is a God and that's all there is to it. :manny:

Whedon is a hack.

WB fukked up :mjlol:

Snyder da gawd :wow:

What could have been. :wow: :francis:

Go check the credits. Snyder has a story credit for Wonder Woman. :manny: Now you can log off...

and years later Snyder's looks much better.... :wow: but respect and :salute: to them looking to Snyder for inspiration.

Man of Steel one of the GOAT CBMs...

btw i appreciate that certain TFR regulars tucked their tail when Snyder was vindicated. Only evf stuck around to fight the good fight. Somehow he had more heart than those other clowns :russ:

More DC discussion than the movie itself :russ: from all the usual suspects @AnonymityX1000 and @Owen Reece and that dummy EVF :mjlol:

Thank you Snyder. :salute:

well well well..... looks like Snyder got another one... :whew:

Dope movie.. dope action throughout..

All the questions earlier in the thread were answered. They answered why these people would wanna go back in and all the characters got enough time to shine.

yes... 1st one was good but that had some Snyder influence. 2nd one was bad... all Patty.. Patty showed she wasn't ready for big time

Dudes are weirdos mentioning Snyder in every thread :scusthov: the fukk Snyder got to do with anything lol

On Topic: Verhoeven has some classics for real. 'Robocop' and 'Total Recall' are elite Sci-Fi/Action movies and nobody was doing satire better than him, there's a lot of shyt in his movies that would eventually come to be...

Also, 'Showgirls' is not that bad. For real.

Do you want me to keep going?:mjlol:

Fantastic Four looks like :trash: outside of The Thing. It also doesn't look like it has anywhere near as much action compared to this movie. Maybe it's being hidden. But it doesn't scream theater WORTHY other than being a "Marvel Movie"
