These encapsulate what I was hoping to see in a Superman film. Sounds unapologetically comic based, so I'm glad I've got my seats reserved.

Seems like the pacing is this movie’s biggest flaw. Some critics aren’t rocking with the episodic format of the film.

One thing that will take me out of a film is pacing. May be because there are too many characters? In any case I'll reserve judgment until I see it Thursday. I'm expecting it to be pretty good and hopefully action packed.

i think a lot of reviews are gonna say shyt like, "this, unlike superman, failed to blah blah" and it's gonna land about 10 below overall. either way they're gonna be lumped together
