Then why the fukk did he leave the apartment? :mjlol:
Because the argument started to become personal and too heated.

And Superman throwing shyt and screaming absolutely makes him Batman:mjlol: Again with the sweeping generalizations that ignore nuance. Superman can be visibly angry without throwing a tantrum. Otherwise why the fukk is anyone supposed to look up to Superman?
This is really dumb logic lol. Most rational people would agree that targeting a hero's close family, friends, and pets is off-limits. Also, almost every pet owner/caretaker would be fuming if a pet was stolen from them. Superman is not perfect; he has emotions. That doesn't mean he can't still be looked up to:stopitslime:

I don't care about theories and the future. I'm only dealing with information we currently have, and as it stands, Jor El told his son to conquer the planet:manny:
Well considering this is a wider universe it wouldn’t hurt to be patient and see how it plays out. Much like yourself I don’t like it but we don’t know every detail.

I for one am glad they aren’t going with the always perfect, above everything Superman. He wasn’t raised a Kryptonian, he was raised as a human and humans aren’t perfect.

Gunn did a great job showing that not only can Superman lose physically, but mentally as well. It’s really the hurdle you have to clear whenever you are dealing with his character.

Showing him battling his emotions sets up better for later issues when people like Batman start pushing his buttons.

And no, Superman wasn’t Starlord, Green Lantern was Starlord.

TYRONE GA!
If you "love" Man of Steel, I doubt you'll be a fan of this movie.

However, watch the movie and see what you ultimately think.
Really liked this joint but Man Of Steel is still a top 10 comic book movie for me.

Enjoyed BOTH

Hes being compared to Starlord now:mjlol:?

I dont even think the Green Lantern guy was Starlord. Probably a more noteable character like the Flash or Aquaman will fill that role.

Fully agree with the Batman part. Will be a very interesting dynamic. And showing he can take an L to technology or just be outsmarted opens the doors for "prep time" Batman to fit in nicely in this universe. Im sure he has some gadgets on par with what Lex has:blessed:

Why not, those were critical and commercial successes:sas1:

The world is waiting on a The Suicide Sequel. Even inspired the Thunderbolts which was the MCUs first good film since Shang Chi irrc.

SHANG CHI WAS TRASH.

SUICIDE SQUAD WAS NOT A COMMERCIAL SUCCESS

Me too. It's just the people with agendas who want to pit one iteration against another. Both are very good in their own way. Props to Snyder and Gunn :wow:

I think for me I had to kinda mentally reset early in the film to forget MOS. MOS still has some of the best fight scenes ever for a super hero flick, but THIS felt like a Comic Book on Film, while in retrospect MOS feels like Movie/Live Action retelling of a Comic property. IDK if that makes sense
