My post must have been written in a very cryptic manner because some of you seem to be misunderstanding my point

Saudis, Emiratis, and Qataris being the biggest funders.

Qatar, UAE, and Saudi Arabia have one of the largest Sunni Muslim percentages in the world, and ISIS is a Sunni group. Ya'll are just trying to create some conspiracy instead of searching for the more plausible connections/answers.

the CIA might have supported the rebels at one time against Assad but to say they led to the formation of ISIS and are actively backing them is the height of stupidity.

I strongly urge you to read what you post before you start with the name calling
